MANILA – Globe Telecom, Inc. has rolled out an additional 235 new 5G sites in key cities nationwide, boosting 5G coverage in these areas to about 98 percent. In a statement on Wednesday, Globe said 5G coverage has expanded to 98.71 percent of Metro Manila and 97.97 percent in key cities in the Visayas and Mindanao in the first quarter of 2025.
